    Week 2 Exhaustion Test: 60

    Might have been more, but got bored and last count a couple of times, so went back to an earlier number.

    30/38/23/23/Max 40

    Jumped to Day 2 as Day 1 looked too easy. Was tough but doable. Will do again on Sunday to keep me on track.

    To Alleviate the boredom I knocked out the last set as a quickfire alternate set. That and it was nearly time for the Apprentice.

    As described, yeah, but I tend to lower my legs so they're nearer horizontal, which I believe works the lower abs more. Open to comment on this.
