Is to much vitamin C bad for you, or does a high dosage keep colds and flu at bay?
HERE'S A SERIOUS, ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION...
Go to TESCO's and buy there Effervescent 1 a Day Vit C Tablets... they are 1000mg thats 1667% RDA.
but as they are effervescent... your body will find it much easier to absorb them...
It is almost impossible to overdose on Vit C as your body just rejects what it does not require.
I tend to to mix mine in 500ml of water and drink half in the morning and half before training (using a lucazade bottle to store it in, in the Fridge)
When you feel a cold or something coming on up doseage to 2 a day... Maybe mixing one of them with Hot Water...and adding Vimto.
I've got many of my fellow athletes taking them now and they have all noticed a great difference in being able to fight of bugs.
