    Time - 1 hr
    Elevation gain - approx 1200 ft

    A nice steady run in the sun swiftly followed by 200 squats to warm down.

    7.3 mile home from work, first run for 2 months, felt good, might sting a bit in the morning though!

    Quick blat upto the trig point at Alphin and back. Door to door a clagged-in misty 37 mins...Good for the soul

    Golf - jeez thats really pushing the envelope amex! Can I suggest that you extend your training regime even further with a couple of games of darts each day (double in and out mind), maybe a game of monopoly and if you're feeling in top form a 500 piece jigsaw
