Been out this morning and the wind is still prevalent, and the direction its is blowing at the minute will be right into your face from CP1 to CP2, which in my opinion is where you can make a lot of time up.
good luck for tomorrow people. Was going for my forth consequtive TOP but voted against it. Other commitments.
Its gonna be the usual underfoot but lets see if you can get some interesting rain/sleet and/or gales?
Have Fun!!!
why do we do?

rain's been pretty serious further north: bridges coming down and all sorts in Cumbria. 200 had to be rescued from homes in Cockermouth.
Just looking at the BBC little video forecast online, and basically its blanket heavy rain from about 10.30am hehe, I'm not joking!!
It will make it more fun though for sure, and slightly harder.
Will I still get the t-shirt if I at least attempt the tour but have to pull out and retire?
