A buzzard was circling overhead today when I was cycling...I'd just fallen off so maybe it could smell the blood or is that vultures?!
A badger ran across a few feet in front of me last night on my headtorch run along the Sandstone Trail. I didn't run into it: I'm not fast enough. Then a rabbit ran out under the wheels as I drove home again. That one I might have got - I hope not. Wish they wouldn't do that. I hate it when I run something over.

Wow, there must be something in the water up your way. You know when people say that a swan could break your arm despite nobody ever witnessing anyone that has had their arm broken by a swan. Well this one may very well be living proof.
Saw a couple o muntjac deer this morning on my run this morning.
