    The first and last hundred yards or so are on a concrete track but apart from that there is no road at all. I've run it in Walsh PB racers lots of times with no problem.

    Well done to everyone involved in the organisation of the race yesterday - it was a super event. The cakes at the end were fab, and I loved the Birds of Prey rescue centre stall - also got myself a bumbag from the Pete Bland Sports stall - does that mean I'm a real fell runner now?

    Nice to see the photos taken by Mrs T - well done indeed - I think there's a bit of me on one of them!
