Well what a cracking weekend:thumbup: Daz I'm sure you'll be back, the conditions were just awful, quite enjoyed the descent down Dungeon Ghyll! It was great to see not one but two attempts finish, any other weekend I'm sure we' have seen three successful attempts! Inspirational to see them finish and I can't now wait for my own round on 14 June!

Yes the descent down the Ghyll was good. Not sure Daz enjoyed the climb back up from the dead end though ?

Nice to meet you and Paul and others. Good luck with yours Bill. Shame it clashes with the Welsh 3000s

Great effort from everyone out in those conditions. As I drove back from wasdale the rain seemed to be getting heavier. It didn't let up till the evening. Good to meet some more folk off here and put some faces to names. Daz, when you decide to go again I'lll hopefully be fit for a leg and would be up for helping out. From reading how your training went, you were more than ready. The luck of the weather really can make or break it.

Well done guys, weather was 'orrible!!
We were 'hydrating' in the Dog n Gun and also nipped out to see Claire just after finishing. A little emotional but still smiling.
    Again, very well done.

I've got those (mistlite?) - never actually used them

I've also got another pair of waterproof bottoms that I did put on during Leg 2 - who was the kind soul that donated them?

the only other item I seem to've gained is an orange drinks bottle if anybody wants to claim that...?

I'm missing quite a lot of stuff(!) - will send some emails round to chase up...
