ran steady to capt cooks then put the hammer down! no one passed me to the finish.

A week to go before this years event.
I had intended to build up over the winter for this, but a few injuries mean that the reality is I have a mere three weeks training under my belt.
A slow steady plod is now on the cards and hopefully I will scrape in under the two hour mark.
