    Swollen knee

Every time I go running at the moment, my right knee swells up the next day. It takes a few days to go down again, & I'm not too worried, as there's no pain, & it's actually the legacy of a motorbike injury 35 years ago. But it's been going on for a few weeks now, so I decided to do something about it. Icepacks, of course. So I went online, & icepacks for knees cost anything from £70 upwards. So I've just come back from Morrison's with two 1kg bags of frozen peas for £1 each. It's a mad world...

    Re: Swollen knee

Did you ever get to the bottom of your swollen knee problem Splatcher ?

I seem to have developed something very similar recently. Started about 6 weeks ago, wasn't painful so I kept training. It went away and then came back a couple of weeks ago.Again its not particularly painful so I'm still running but it feels like it could develop into something worse.
