    Why not Farmers get paid on their set-aside entitlements.

    Don't mock, boys. Back in the '70s I worked with a guy who rented a house on a large country estate. When he got full use of the work's van for commuting to & from work, he parked his old Morris 1000 Traveller in a sunny spot and used it as a greenhouse. The rub came when he was disciplined and had the van taken off him for commuting - the Traveller had to come out of retirement complete with the Gro-Bags and tomato plants.
