    Tendonitis

    Hi all

I had a thread about my tight hip flexors. They seem to have healed up nicely now. My main problem now is tendonitis.

It is above the inside of the knee so either the satorious and gracilis muscle. What do people tend to do for this? Complete rest? Foam Roll? Stretch? Run easy?

    Thanks once again

How have you arrived at a dignosis of tendonitis? Tendonitis takes months to shift and usually has some sort of pathology. I'd try and resist going beyond a muscle strain unless you have a physio diagnosis suggesting otherwise. Are you new to running or just new to off road running?

Been running for 3 years including 2 off road. Not 100% certain that it is tendonitis but this has been going on for 5 weeks now and thought it unlikely that it is a muscle strain. Seems to be a real dull ache at the moment.
