I know that you shouldnt really run until you've given your last meal a couple of hours to settle and digest.
But ive read somewhere that you can get away with eating an energy bar about 10 minutes before you run.
This sounds like murder to me as im prone to getting stitches, especially with it being such a sort space of time before running.
Does anybody do this or have they tried this, or do you think I could get away with taking the energy bar with you and eating it whilst you run.

Im planning on going for a run soon, just waiting for my late breakfast to digest. Plus my legs are a bit tired today so duno how far i'll get.
