Hi All,

On the previous forum we had quite a good thread going on Turbo Trainers. I have just got my paws on one and plan to use it to maintain some fitness while my ankle gets right. I also plan to watch a few films while using it.

Can anyone reccommend any good training sessions on the bike that would help keep me reasonable fit whilst injured and keep my mind occupied while I plough the living room for miles upon miles.

I know its summer and I should be outdoors but it does get a bit dark by the time I get home.
