Back onto the subject of this thread, I do hope to be a more proficient descender (and ascending, cos I've just realised this thread is about acsending not descending!!!! dizzy again!)when I get back to it in my noooooo shoes!
Apart from the fact that my Salomons were looking a bit too 'sleek' on the sole, slowed me down a few times sliding around in the mud i'm thinking may also have conributed to my injury due to taking far too long to choose a new pair!)
