Lost count on how many days i havent run for - but as each day goes by, my ITB seems to be getting worse.
I cycle to work and back three nights a week. I do tend to cycle as if its the tour de france so i may need to slow down abit.
Also, as im a shelf stacker and i walk at about 100 miles an hour round the isles...i think thats contrabuting to it.
Yes i am stretching but i find it hurts my ITB when i do.
No running today but eased nicely into the festive spirit with couple of hour walk on Ilkley Moor in the sunshine followed by a pint of Black Sheep and fish and chips in the pub
