Oh yes... nail polish intact.

I've been back to the hospital again today just to see if they say the same thing as last Thursday.

I saw a Physio up there too, she was quite informative & is going to ring me on Friday to see how it is & to possibly refer me to a Physio.

I have an appointment to see a good private Physio on Fri to see if there is ewt he can do yet.

The hospital strapped it up again & said to continue with the ice & told me I should be trying to wiggle my toes & to try & circle my ankle quite a few times a day.

I can put it down & walk (if somewhat gingerly), but obviously want to give it the best chance of recovery so am not doing this too often.

Another good cure is shit loads of beer it will numb the pain and you will be able to talk a great race

I was just thinking along those lines... It has been said though, that I don't need beer to talk.
