How did you do then Notlob? Seems like the times were very fast today - I certainly got my best since 2002 so am a fully satisfied customer!
Congratulations to RoadRunner for his excellent win today...

Congratulations on a PB Notlob you must delighted. Similarly well done NotIntaFells. Vince don't torture yourself about finishing behind JS
Bravo on the victory Roadie. Just out of curiosity do you reckon this course is quicker than Trafford?
To the Regiment - I Wish I Was There
I reckon both courses are equally fast ones, but like RoadRunner has already indicated, the weather (particularly the wind) governs whether they are actually fast on the day. Today's conditions were perfect, the other week at the Trafford they were pretty grim! Don't forget to get the Trafford race in your diaries for September 9th.

Well run everybody all i found out about yesterday is i need to do a bit more training as i have slacked a bit and need to sort my arms out but i dd not have a good run so it was not all bad. I was no where near you notintafells but maybe i will be at trafford
Just realised Hawkshead is on Saturday the 28th of April, the week after London, hopefully you'll still be on a bit of a high after your marathon Roadie.
Didn't you do Hawkshead last year? It's meant to be a good course mainly on bridleways taking in some great views of Lake Windermere and most of the Lakeland fells.
To the Regiment - I Wish I Was There
Did the other three races in series but did not do Hawkshead. Clashed with FLM or was very close to it. Going to try and run Hawkshead after FLM this year as I want to try out the whole series. It is supposed to be a lovely route, check out the website as they often put pictures of the route up.
Sadly Roger Rabbit, I'll be on holiday for the next Trafford, but you know what time to aim at
