This would help with my ITB.
Nodoubt softie will try it.
Not too sure: obv good for me, but idea of 200 squats bores me. Struggled with sit-up one for this reason.
Been doing burpees a fair bit in my circuits at hotel gym. Ripping my thighs to shreds! I can't walk! Love it!
Now, a 100 (full) burpee* challenge...might be interested!
*Full Burpee:
Stand
Squat
Squat thrust into press up position
Press up with handclap
Back to squat
Jump up (as per a plyometric squat to jump)
Stand
Repeat x 100?

Already on this...week 3 col 3. Easiest out of all 3 challenges. I struggle most with the sit-ups
The 100 press up thing is well out of my capability, i stopped at 25 but even if i'd have pushed it further i still wouldn't have gone over 30. Bummer.

I got up to about 85 press ups, but then broke me hand. Never had the time to get properly back into it. Will do the odd 5x40 to keep me ticking over. Do intend to pick it back up again and top out, hopefully before Xmas.
Might be more inclined to try it as part of the full burpee test though. I've not done the max test yet. Might try next weekend. Been working my legs hard these last two weeks and I can hardly walk at the mo'!
But that's not squats, is it? Soz DT.

I need to keep working on them hard, going in the RAF in a few months so needing all round strength and fitness, which is hindering my running a bit, as i'm probs carrying to much weight, but i'll keep going anyways.
I just hope they have a fell running club in the RAF
