I thought you said you were going up there on Wednesday IDP.

P.S. I was going to ask if I could join you tomorrow.

Yes that was the plan but My daughter got confirmed tonight and first thing this morning I was told my mother was coming and I'd have to take her home tomorrow morning hence change of plan.

    Next week maybe?

Can't be me I always put my right foot forward. I could find no sign of our crossing on Friday the snow had blown and filled everything in. The cairn by the path to roundhill was clearly visible when we passed it. Today it was only just showing. In fact the two small groups who had been up Sun/Mon hadn't even gone near the path at this point they were about 30 m to the North, not that it mattered.

Hmmmmmmmmm!?!? (well...actually we were there too...)

Sneaked up & over Bleaklow on Sunday, with my Best Mate, just to remind grey matter of how wonderful conditions can be around the crux can be ...

Shirt & top remained firmly in place, twas a might chilly with snow decidedly deep & slimely soggy..

Played about with Mad (pre March) Boxing Hares...remembered (honest!) how much fun it all can be..... Best Mate even sampled a sporting plunge into extremely chilly deep water, cunningly well hidden under 10+ft of snow..!

Spotted, tracked & chatted with possible "winners" too.

Please let it FREEZE... and freeeze & freeeeeeeeze agin & agin + a bit more.

Blimey....it's almost (see you there) Friday....soon (to be seen again) Saturday...and on Sunday it's (will you really be there too) Chew Valley!

PS -Great pics Ian, we have some too, but not enough time to post them now.

PPS - Daz - please remind me where you get those Hand-warmers, they were tip top on ME_almostx2..?
