I think Will might take the Uphill race and title but Max will have champs sewn up at Clougha. Some other interesting results with Kristain Edwards being beaten by Felix mcgrath who folk perceived as a XCer stealing in at Coiners for the selection if he does 2 more then KE could get beaten and James Knosx doesnt seem to be on top form this year

Yeah Felix is a real good runner very versitile, abit like Billy pinder although he seemed to suffer yesterday. Yeah James i dont know what is going in with him atm he does looked to have grown alot everytime i see him maybe its taking it out of him a little. Do you have an idea what Clougha is like CCR ?
I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.

No idea Scott sorry which is a sad thing to say as I lived in Lancaster for 6 years unfortuately it was during my non running days I guess its falls into Bowland territory so someone from there should have a decent idea if you know anyone from there. I would think some course deatil will be made available soon though

    I'll be there.
As you say Daz, its a lovely family fete and race. Anne has lost count of the number of years she's done the Shutlingsloe race.

Might, just might see you there... Have a previous primary school summer fair to attend and we then may all come over to Crag Hall for the off.

This race is just crackers and has a real sense of occasion to it... the location is reminiscent of All Creatures Great and Small!

Not your typical BG training, but a lactate-fest par excellence!

Was my first ever race in 2009 so it holds a special place in me heart, what a fantastic little race and fete, and a nice pint! thanks to ROs and helpers, had a good battle with a fellow Mow Cop Runner which gave me a good kick up the ass to get a move on! Happy Days!!
