Recently supported an anticlockwise BG leg 5 starting at just after 9pm - 100 gms of porridge for breakfast, another 100 gms at about 5pm, toast/jam and a Nak'd bar at midday, stomach fine throughout, no food/drink needed. Had another 100 gms of porridge on getting home at about 4.30 am!

Have recently discovered wholegrain rolled jumbo oats - nice and creamy despite not using cream/whole fat milk; and also there are small chewy bits to get rid of that impression that you are eating baby food. So many different types of porridge, so little time ....

I'm with you Mike. I'm a recent convert to the "jumbo". Feels like proper porridge !

Museli / Shredded Wheat / Traditional Oats / Weetabix ( Combo of any of those 4 depending what I have in )

With Chia, Raisins and a trail seed mix thrown on top!

    Does me right!

I'm with you, cereal cocktails are best This morning I had a massive bowl of Shreddies with a big scoop of sugar-free muesli on top, a splodge of natural yoghurt and a big squeeze of honey. Power food!
