Well this is what's happened;

Got onto the bank and requested a 'chargeback'; they've investigated and credited my bank account.

Got onto the website a bit more, sent them some more emails; they've refunded the money!

So at the moment I'm +£50 up on the deal!

It'll not last; the company will dispute the chargeback and it'll be cancelled, but at least I'e got my money back.

Bottom line though; avoid this site, it does look dodgy, also, do a bit more digging before you buy online. There's some good advice on the Money Saving Expert site
