I fancy hobbling round this on my bad leg (I thought I'd get the excuses set up early...)
But, if you're desparately short of helpers I'll do that instead, or as well, if it suits.

Thanks Mick - turn up to run and if desperate we'll divert you to something more onerous
No probs. See you there, unless you're out on tuesday from Keighley Gate!
Really enjoyed it last night. Thanks to all involved and good to see so many friends out and about

a 'could do better' for me, I think! Still, enjoyed it and that's the main thing.
One of my favourite nights of the year and what I always think of as the start of the 'summer'

Evening all!
Fresh from a road marathon (please don't heckle me), I'm looking to turn to the trails and fells a bit this summer. This race looks like a beauty - is it suitable for a rookie 'fell runner'? Any course info would be greatly appreciated
Yes, it's fine for all levels.
it's an out and back route, the steepest bit is the first 300m or so. It's all runnable, depressingly so!
