    I called in the local Co-Op store on my way home from the 'Ilkley Moor Fell-Race' yesterday afternoon, & there it was on the papers/magazine rackings

    Plus, it was sitting in a cardboard plinth, as a 'We Recommend'!!

    The Editorial states that, yes, it will be a quarterly publication, with the following due dates;
    24th May
    16th Aug
    8th Nov
    Good man Richard.

    I was in Wakefield this morning, & picked up 'Issue 4' in WH Smiths, not had chance to look at it yet though

    So the publication date was correctly stated

    Think it is an interesting magazine, went out and bought the new one. Liked reading IanR article in last one, contributions from some pretty decent athletes can't be too sniffed at.

    I run on the fells, road, triathlon and adventure race, but this is actually a bit different. Fair play to it, to be truthful and no I haven't bought any kit after reading it.

    PS I also do park runs when I can!!

    Had a quick browse at the latest Trail Running magazine earlier today and noticed that one of the 10 Trail Running routes promoted in there is Ribblehead Stn to Horton Stn via Whernside and Ingleborough - does this mean that the PPP area is to become invaded by lots of 'fun-runners' among the charity walkers etc....?

    Hope not, I've already got 4 days work doing 3 peaks with another 3 dates penciled in, I'd rather be taking them else where

    I sometimes think that must be how the LDWA members feel about us turning up for their events, but everyone seems to rub along nicely enough.
    The trick is to go midweek, early, and avoid the crowds - just about the only advantage of shift work!

    Yes, but in the Future Races section it just says "Aryan".

    Re: New magazine

    Had a brief look at the latest edition of the Trailrunning magazine today. It seems to have really come on! I didn't buy it but would if I'd had a plane / train to catch or a weekend away. There's even an article about some fella in the Peak being dragged up hills by a dirty great dog on a string :w00t:
