Sounds remarkably like my poor attempts at regular training, anyway going to give this one a good go. Did my first attempt tonight:
Squats 230 which surprised me a lot, going to suffer tomorrow!
Push ups 33
Sit ups 179
Pull ups 6
Seems like my legs are in better shape than my upper body.

Will have a go at this tomorrow, squats and sit ups will be ok, press ups and pull ups we will see. 2hr run to do first though!!
