Me. Enjoyed it as well and much better conditions than last time I ran it.
I always clock 7 miles (It always used to be listed at 5). No idea on the elevation really as I don’t trust what my Garmin tells me. My watch time has me about 5 mins faster than last time I did it and I think I finished just inside the top 10.
I have it as 7.06 miles and 1186ft with Garmin. Also Google earthed it at about the same with slightly less height.

It's a lovely race.
Some route choices, not lonely because it is an out and back, the odd bike to liven things up, cheap as chips to enter and a can of lager for everyone at the end, the opportunity to pass the 12 Apostles, a traverse of the full width of the most famous moor in England + David Hird's enthusiasm. And the Ilkley locals are such delightful people!
No wonder we keep it a secret to prevent tourists turning up in charabancs.
"...as dry as the Atacama desert".
Anyone run last night?
It was seriously dry. I still hate those flagstones.
Last night's Dick Hudson's fell race from Ilkley photos on https://plus.google.com/photos/110439573756197443848/albums…
