Is it true that dunking your biscuit in good tea washes out all the calories?
If you’re only have one biscuit I wouldn’t worry
And where exactly would they be washed out to? The don't just dissapear.
Good to see the question is being taken with the seriousness it deserves.
I believe that the tannins in the tea bind with the calories in a form which makes the calories inaccessible to the human body.
That's why elevenses in the office is tea and hob knobs while it sugary coffee (no tannins in coffee) all the way on ultra's.
The next question is does anyone know how beer soaks up all the fat&calories in chips? I'm sure I read that it's important to have a couple of pints of beer with chips to avoid gaining weight.
Brews up!
Hobnobs, Perer Kay claims these are the hardest so least calories.
Toasting a slice of bread burns the calories out of it.
