    Returning to running after a stress

    Looking for advice about returning to running from a stress fracture (distal fibula in my case.
    I was wondering what peoples experiences are and the timelines as have read/been told lots of contrasting info....
    Sorry if this has been posted about before (couldnt find anything though)

    Hmmm. Familiarise yourself with Wolff's Law, bones strengthen along axes of applied force. Bones are generally a lot easier to fix than connective tissue, but make sure you only have to go through this process once.
