Mines in the post, we almost beat my time from last year on that reccie so I'm hopeful of getting a pb this year. Especially with the cramp solution.
Plenty of food and drink and I'll be reet.
Just praying for a decent bit of weather, cant be as bad as last year... can it?

You're right. The weather was awful last year. What time did you do?

Please bear in mind it was the longest race I'd ever attempted and also my first year competing in races. Not that I'll get much faster, I managed to limp around in about 3:55 ish. I am hoping to knock 5 mins off this year.
Last years experience with the weather has pulled me through some miserable races this year: kept telling myself things weren't as bad as the tour.
I'm just glad I seem to have found a cure for my cramps.

Uhm, Cure for Cramp wait till race day.

You should knock more than 5 minutes of Mudlugger, you got 4 good weeks training at least just get round the route again.

    Good to meet you yesterday

P.s. the dog still hasn't recovered from the weekend.
