    Tough. Started off in the field. 200m cross the road up onto a gentle ascent but enough to get the calves. A steep rise and then onto a rocky/dry track. Really steep climb onto a contouring path. Dropdown the gentle descent nice and fast. Steep downhill for 200m best taken on your backside. hit the track at the bottom. Unduglating run for about 1km by the fell wall. Sharp left through a gate. back onto the track and into the finish field.

    the dry rocky track is the one the bofra course goes up and really does get the calfes near the to where it get quite steep

    Its a brill race i cant think of a much better one really,

    Congratulations Ffion! - she's a pupil at my school in Llandrindod Wells. Her twin sister came in 15th. We are chuffed to bits for them.
