Anyone else up for this at the weekend? I'm doing leg 3 for Denbigh Harriers - 9 miles flat then 3m/500' - all on the road of course!
Sale have got two teams in it. a male and female team. I'm doing leg 13. Men's team is gunning for victory.

Getting a team out for events such as these does require serious levels of altruism on the part of a number of individuals. Respect must go to those. Sale has a dedicated hardcore group who sit down and pull it all together.
Lets hope the weather isnt as bad as it is predicted and the sun shines. See you all on the route. Look out for the sea of green, red and white.
