Anyone else up for this at the weekend? I'm doing leg 3 for Denbigh Harriers - 9 miles flat then 3m/500' - all on the road of course!

Getting a team out for the Welsh Castle's Relay is a hell of an achievement for a smallish club. Well done Denbigh Harriers.

Getting a team out for events such as these does require serious levels of altruism on the part of a number of individuals. Respect must go to those. Sale has a dedicated hardcore group who sit down and pull it all together.

Lets hope the weather isnt as bad as it is predicted and the sun shines. See you all on the route. Look out for the sea of green, red and white.

Great first day for Denbigh - small club with membership of only 50 but we had a stage winner today who is now fannying around in the Yellow Sweatshirt!!
Sale seemed to be doing well so good luck tomorrow Chaddy!

On the same day of a UK League, BAL, BMC and a Diamond league. Sale must have a lot of runners!!!

it's a great event - quite different to the FRA relays but good fun nevertheless.

Serpentine 1st
Sale 2nd
Salford 22nd
Denbigh 37th (3rd vets)
Sale Ladies 40th (4th Ladies)
