I'm currently on a purple preventer, Im gonna try and get that back down to a brown. Im out for a run tonight on the fells. So looking forward to it.
Just a question of getting my fitness back up now, the three peaks is out of the question this year. (cant do it on two weeks training), but thats good because there is no pressure on me now.
I can build up to a race later in the year, and enjoy a few of the shorter evening races. Im just happy to be running again. Im gonna keep blasting the power breathe as you say. See if that does any good in a month or so. Have you had pretty good result form this ha sit improved your peak flow.
