It's quite good isn't it? I have already realised that I consume far too much sugar (lots hidden in so called healthy things like Special K!) and must try and cut back. I don't want to lose much weight as I'm quite happy overall but would like to try and shift a few pounds to trim up and speed up :)

Sorry been very late I was off running up Irish mountains and have just got back to this so weigh in is tommorow 5th.

wow...the answer to losing weight is obviously to have a migraine. I'm now 137lbs having spent all yesterday being sick. Mind you, I imagine a lot of that is fluid loss so I won't take it too seriously.
