Thanks, not a bad day even if I am getting older!
Fried egg on toast for breakfast, then an 80 minute run on the hills. To the village tea rooms for lunch (pannini and chips :o). Afternoon, out with the chainsaw and a couple of hours logging.
Supper is roast lamb (home killed from a friend) with loads of veg out the garden and a bottle of Bordeaux, followed by steam pud :D.
3 bottles of whiskey for the cupboard - maybe a sample before bed?
Muddling along for my age, mustn't grumble too much.
I don't normally eat that much, honest.
