Thanks, not a bad day even if I am getting older!
Fried egg on toast for breakfast, then an 80 minute run on the hills. To the village tea rooms for lunch (pannini and chips). Afternoon, out with the chainsaw and a couple of hours logging.
Supper is roast lamb (home killed from a friend) with loads of veg out the garden and a bottle of Bordeaux, followed by steam pud.
3 bottles of whiskey for the cupboard - maybe a sample before bed?
Muddling along for my age, mustn't grumble too much.
I don't normally eat that much, honest.
