Stock 3 miler. Decent pace for me. Just to keep the legs going.
Back up to 40 miles a week, 22 through the week and another 22 at The Hebden. Bike to work today and 3m with dog tonight.

Sunday Race 8 miles 1,600ft in all that wind 1.30
Road Race last night 7.5 miles 1255ft climb in 54.07 Over 2 minutes off my PB but a surprising amount of ice made it a cautious run.
This morning 1 mile in 49.30, okay I was swimming so not too bad.
Rest up for the Dark Peak Warts night race tommorrow now.
12m to work and back, same again for next 2 days then a rest day........on bike instead.
An hour in the gym this evening - shoulders and abs took a beating. I'm sure it helps in some way though... :confused:
