Not quite out as long as I'd hoped, seemed to take forever to get to Rivington this morning:mad:
Managed 10 miles with Dave on a VERY windswept moor, Bogs are well and truly back, nearly lost him a few times although very handy in a canary down the mines sort of way in helping me avoid them!!:rolleyes:
He's been banished to the garden now as he STINKS!!:(

Felt like a lead balloon today over 4.5 miles today, but the last 2 weeks have been very good training, so a few easy days coming up now :)
Ran the Llangynhafal Loop plus a bit extra. Ground is very hard.
I'm going to run from Cilcain on Sunday. Following the Clwydian Hills route to the top of the Llangynhafal descent and then running the Llangynhafal Loop with two goes at the descent (before & after).Quote:

5 miles hilly run and a little 32 mile bike. GPS data was spot on today, must have been missing a satellite yesterday or somthing.
8 miles yesterday of ups and downs, they were small hills :rolleyes: rest today.. :D
