A nice 3.63 mile on the roads for me tonight in 24 mins.
Bog snorkling fest - Crowden race loop yesterday evening, 2nd half in the dark. :( All streams & crossings vastly swollen due to the rain. Made the going slow and heavy, adding a good 20mins+ to the total time. At one point I found myself up to the waist in water which has never happened before to me up there. Most refreshing!
7 miles on the roads today, very slow !
Only time for a short 3.4 mile on the roads tonight.
42 mins round the tame valley park, very wet !
Two of us travelled up to Roddlesworth in the rain this morning.
Ran around Darwen Moor, Sunnyhurst Wood and Roddlesworth Woods
for 2 hours with no rain at all although it was very windy up on the moor.
Had a nice all-day breakfast in the pub and then returned home to more rain!
Great day!:D
