I need new scales!!! The ones at work had me back to my start weight, these have me still at my last weight!!! :mad: I'll try again for May 9th!!!
80.2kg now. 1.3kg lost in one day. :)
:angry: :angry: Took me a week to loss that much. Last Wednesday 81.9. This morning 80.6.
so real steady Eddie for me for the last month.
86 --> 84.3 --> 82.9 --> 81.9 --> 80.6 (per week basis.)
Overall I'm delighted. I reached by first mini target of sub 13st last week. Next mini target is <80Kg which would will also give me a change to see the finishing line of 75Kg.
I've a simple plan. Eat less and steady exercise with walking / biking to work and slow jogging (have to mind the dodgy knee)
Avoiding trash and snacks is the big issue for me e.g.
I found a three pack of Biscuits last night ~200 calories (or 2 miles of walking). Managed to resist and eat two baby carrots instead (~20 calories or walking up the stairs!) :thumbup:

I'm getting there. I've lost 2.5.

I just hope it starts to get warmer - I really feel the cold when I'm skinny. :(
So unwell since last weigh in, horrible chest infection, no running and eating normally to try and recover more quickly. I don't expect to lose any by next weigh in. may even gain a bit...:thunbdown:
I have completely lost the plot, one measly Kg for the last six weeks and I can't shift it. Just lost the disipline

Another steady week for me. Last week 80.6Kg. This week 79.6kg. Another mini target of Sub 80kg reached. :thumbup:
Had to clock up a two hour long slow “fat burning” run last night to undo some of the damage by a not so perfect diet over the bank holiday.
Legs a little tired now so not expecting too much on the run/race up ‘Scalp’ in the Wicklow mountains tonight :-(

Still stable at 85kg. Not too disappointed, as a gamy knee has prevented me from running for the last month or so.
Pat I'm going to resign from this thread. I've got motivated again, but it's to lift weights not to lose weight. Wish all of you the best and hope you reach your goals.

was getting a bit despondent at no progress over the last 4-6 weeks, but think body finally got the message that I was serious!
12'7 now (and that was BEFORE my Ennerdale recce yesterday, before anybody says anything :p )

if I can be 12'4 on the start-line of OCT in 9 days time, that'll be brill...
Sorry busy week and I have only got around to updating the table. Afraid not many weightings this week are some of us running out of steam? Suppose I have as I have had no effective change for a couple of months now.
62.2 kgs - gone up!
Ive kind of run out of steam. The home scales are u/s, and I weigh at different times at work. Then I was ill with 'flu virus' for a week, so felt I needed to get some food in my system. Back into training etc, walks around site at work and its budging a little bit again. I'd gone back over 12st 9lb, now I'm at about 12st 5lb, depending on when I weigh myself!! I think I'm more or less a 12st 7lb person!!:o

Yet another steady week for me. clocked in a 78.3 this morning. Marathon training is helping. Had a three hour run last weekend.
I hit the snacks a little to heavy over the weekend but got away with it.
Overall I'm been a good boy Monday-Thursday every week so far where I'm taking in 1400~1600 calories.
Were going up Carrick Mountain tonight (9.8 Km with 427m of Climb).
Biggest challange so far in the Leinster League. Haven't done this mountain before. So very interested in seeing it. I heard it's mucky :w00t:

A small backwards step for me @ 78.7. Made a big effort to undo the indulgence of Stockholm over the weekend but alas 0.4Kg short.
I'm still confident of my race weight of 75Kg for 30th June.
83.9 for me.
Slowly getting back on track, but I don't think I'll make 82 by the end of the month...
I was 70.5 this morning straight after a 9 mile run in the hills behind the house. I have got to be honest and say my weight has gone up and I can no longer claim it is 70.5. A bit over 71 Kg is a "truer" figure.
I was glorious this morning though running from 6:30 to 8:00 in the early morning sunshine

Holding steady at 65kg. I guess that becomes my new race weight as I'm racing over 5k as part of a works triathlon relay team this afternoon! :w00t:
