just had chips:)
Treated myself to two v easy days - only bike commute yesterday and 4.5 miles steady today.
8 x 400 'fast' with 3 min recovery. (Wind on home straight was hard going). Best set of times for a few years though, good consolation for 'chickening out' of the Stretford track meeting because of the wind. :p

Didn't do owt last night chest / back still sore.:(
Am thinking its more my back at the moment.
