Holy hell I ACHE all over :(
yesterdays non running hour in the gym means I'm left with a torso fit for nowt. Thought I'd wake up with a 6 pack (no not beer!) but instead I'm shuffling round like a 90 year old and getting the kids to pick their own stuff up off the floor:eek:
Off for a trundle round the track tonight - first run in a fortnight also going with the springy surface can't be all that bad option:rolleyes:
trip to sweatshop first for some noooo shooos this morn - anything to ease these shin splints (a lot better now btw but not taking any chances - well I NEED a new pair - right???;) )
