I actually ran today....and neither leg fell off!! Somehow 30 mins seems so pathetic after the 9-12 hours a day of last week!
OK, I confess. I did too. 5 miles steady, well slow actually.

Well I sorta did some!
16 miles on the bike and then 40 lengths in the pool!
Couple of twinges from the knee when going up 'sheep houses lane' on the bike but apart from that ok!
Oh and there was a right good looking lass in the pool as well......![]()

Am going to give 'shock horror' a run a go tonight.
Head down the track and do some slow laps as I'm guessing the nice soft springy surface might be better for the knee!
