Last night was my first night in weeks when I didn't have any chocolate, or christmas cake, or christmas log or tiffins (....stop it, I'm dribbling just thinking about it ;)) ...but I did reach for the bottle of wine instead:o

Mmm, that's got me hungry now Stolly, must find the Tub 'O Chocs.
You lot can laugh it up all you want, but my smoothie is actually v delicious:p. Got a taste for the drinks on hols where they were served free from a bar on the beach.:cool:

It definitely works. Pizza is probably the best as it has carbohydrate, protein and veg. Have one tonight and you'll have run a sub 3 hour Yorkshire 3 Peaks in the time it takes to eat a pizza.
