Food for today: 2x toast w/ honey (no butter); no coffee at all - green tea; smoothie (OJ, oats, soya milk, creatine, milled flaxseed, 1x banana); pasta, tuna, mayo, sweetcorn, dash of tobasco; a pot of mixed fruit/nuts/seeds; one apple; two bananas.
Actually, scratch the pot of rabbit food onwards: left at home in my little lunchbag. Doh!That means I'm going to be hungry later, with nothing but the leftover Xmas cr8p to eat. Uh-oh...I may need an intervention folks!
