30mins on the turbo.... 5 mins @ 90rpm, 5mins @ 95rpm, 10mins @ 100-110rpm, and back down. No idea what any of this means..... :confused:

5 aside for 1hour.
10 miles on the road (trying to get used to the 'r' thing again ready for road marathon!)
First proper run since ribs injury. Bit uncomfortable, but don't seem to have suffered any ill effects. :)
90 minutes + on the tops around Rochdale at dinner time. It was wet and windy and very muddy underfoot, making the going extremely tough. Glad i did it though.:)
