    Windy indeed

    Plan was - 5m in 30 mins
    Got to the turn in 14:58
    Second half - 40 seconds slower!!!!!

    Legs were hurting very much thankyou (80 mile on't bike yesterday)

    30mins on the turbo.... 5 mins @ 90rpm, 5mins @ 95rpm, 10mins @ 100-110rpm, and back down. No idea what any of this means.....

    Now, where's that what bike thread.....

    It was with the local cycling club, about a dozen of us in total, although the numbers were depleted somewhat as the day wore on. I wasnt very impressive on the last 15 miles home - this was my first ride over 60miles since Septemberish

    10 miles on the road (trying to get used to the 'r' thing again ready for road marathon!)

    First proper run since ribs injury. Bit uncomfortable, but don't seem to have suffered any ill effects.

    90 minutes + on the tops around Rochdale at dinner time. It was wet and windy and very muddy underfoot, making the going extremely tough. Glad i did it though.
