Everything's well, Pinno, new computer, nice to be back. Had a great weekend camping in the dales with Rachel and the kids, watching 3 peaks race, back to work tonight boo hoo:(

one VS 4c in den lane quarries,there was a very dodgy traverse that was very wet about 20 ft up,we wimped out after that :D

It was quiet round here today with the last post at 10.49, Did everybody have an early night?

Good morning everyone. Been a busy start to the day already done a 3.6 mile trail run at 6am this morning. Just sorting all the days work out at my desk and making sure everyone is okay before day three of our internal inspection. Right cup of tea time.

In a building that used to employ a hundred or so people there are 7 of us sat here!!
