one VS 4c in den lane quarries,there was a very dodgy traverse that was very wet about 20 ft up,we wimped out after thatAh the joys of gritstone rash. Get up anything? Once came off a climb when my hands froze on the ice. I watched by fingers peel off one by one, then I landed on my belayer, so not all bad

Good morning everyone. Been a busy start to the day already done a 3.6 mile trail run at 6am this morning. Just sorting all the days work out at my desk and making sure everyone is okay before day three of our internal inspection. Right cup of tea time.
In a building that used to employ a hundred or so people there are 7 of us sat here!!
