Hey up HM. Hope to do a bit on the bike this weekend and perhaps a run or two - wanted to do Hameldon as it is a points race but tried running 2 days ago and ribs/back too sore - will give it another go in the morning though, I might make the start line Sunday yet.

quavers...............BLEAUGH..... my nan ALWAYS bought them for me as a kid.....can't touch them not......

used to have ham sarnie with a portion of chips and a portion of onion rings with a big bowl of mayo every sunday when watching saint helens in my youth!! Home and away games I'd have the same everywhere......eee them wo days!

People say I have mayo with EVERYTHING which is not strictly true - I like it on potatoes, with rice or salad... and I tend to have potatoes or rice and/or salad with most meals :rolleyes: :D

:eek: NO WAY!!! It is not really mayo that stuff... every now and then I feel I should be good and buy a jar just to remind myself why I like full fat mayo so much :D
